IONECYBER.COM, PEKANBARU — Kisruh pelaksanaan pemilihan Ketua Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) Kota Pekanbaru periode 2025–2030 mencuat ke publik. Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Aliansi Media Indonesia (DPP AMI) melalui Ketua Bidang Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Miftahul, angkat bicara dan menyuarakan keprihatinannya atas dugaan pelanggaran dalam proses pemilihan tersebut.
“Berdasarkan informasi dan data yang kami terima, pelaksanaan pemilihan Ketua baru PGRI Kota Pekanbaru pada Senin (3/11/2025) diduga cacat formil, sehingga menimbulkan kekisruhan di kalangan guru dan pengurus sebelumnya,” ungkap Miftahul dalam keterangan pres rilisnya kepada awak media di Pekanbaru, Kamis (13/11/2025)
Menurut Mifta, sejumlah kejanggalan terungkap, termasuk adanya penonaktifan mendadak sejumlah Ketua Cabang PGRI yang SK-nya masih aktif. Mereka digantikan oleh Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) tanpa alasan yang jelas, yang kemudian diduga digunakan untuk mempengaruhi jalannya pemilihan Ketua baru.
“Tindakan mem-PLT-kan Ketua Cabang tanpa dasar yang sah jelas menabrak AD/ART PGRI,” tegas Mifta
Lebih lanjut, Mifta juga menyinggung adanya dugaan campur tangan Ketua PGRI Provinsi Riau dalam proses pemilihan, yang dianggap memperkeruh suasana dan memuluskan langkah pihak tertentu untuk menduduki posisi Ketua baru PGRI Pekanbaru.

Atas dasar temuan tersebut, DPP AMI di bawah persetujuan Ketua Umum Ismail Sarlata, berencana menyurati Walikota Pekanbaru H. Agung Nugroho dan Wakil Walikota H. Makrius untuk meninjau ulang proses pemilihan dan SK Pengurus PGRI Kota Pekanbaru yang dinilai cacat formil.
Selain itu, AMI juga akan meminta PGRI Pusat membatalkan SK Pengurus PGRI Pekanbaru dan menginstruksikan pelaksanaan pemilihan ulang sesuai dengan ketentuan AD/ART organisasi.
“Jika hal ini tidak diindahkan, kami dari DPP AMI yang peduli terhadap dunia pendidikan dan kesejahteraan guru akan melakukan aksi turun ke jalan untuk menyuarakan keadilan bagi guru-guru di Kota Pekanbaru,” tutup Miftahul Ketua Bidang Pendidikan dan Pelatihan DPP AMI dengan tegas.
